The attorneys at Hoffman Walker & Knauf charge either an hourly rate or a flat fee for their services, depending upon the needs of the case. The hourly rate varies by the person performing the work and the type of work performed. Typically a retainer is requested at the beginning of the case, and clients are billed on a regular basis. Clients are expected to pay their bills in full as they are billed. Your retainer and hourly rate will be established in your consultation. The flat fee varies by the work required to complete the case. The fee and retainer are established in the consultation. Generally, a bill is not generated until the case is completed.

We handle family law, criminal law and estate cases in Boone, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant and Kenton counties in Kentucky.

We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Visa and Discover. We also accept cash and check. People many times request payment plans, but, in essence, the fact that we bill our cases each month is a payment plan, rather than requiring full payment for the case in advance as some attorneys will do.
